Tuition

Please keep in mind that these rates apply for 9 months only.  Our academic year runs from September through May, and therefore tuition for a 10th month/June is not needed.

We collect tuition each month by the 10th.   If paid after the 10th, an additional $25 per student will be owed.

Regular school hours are 9:00-3:00.

Kindergartners can enroll for our half-day program at a cost of $200/mo.  Hours are 9:00-12:00.

Extended supervision from 7 am to 5 pm may be available.  Please contact the office for fee information.

Homeschoolers are welcome to attend any of our classes.  Tuition for 1 class is $70/month; for the 2nd and 3rd classes – $65/month; for 4th class – $60/month.

Registration

The registration fee for students is $300 per child.  This fee covers all textbooks and administrative costs.  For HOMESCHOOLERS and Charter School Students, the registration fee is $30.

Early Registration

Parents who enroll their students by May 26th, 2011 will receive a $10/month discount on tuition for each of the 9 months in the 2011/2012 school year.

REFERRALS

To encourage new students, we want to bless our school families and their friends by offering a significant discount to both families for referrals.  Here’s how:  if a student you refer comes full time, both families will pay only $300 per month instead of the normal $400.  That works out to a 25% discount for each family.

Full Payment Option

The full year’s tuition may be paid at the time of enrollment or by start of school.  With this option, a 2% discount will be applied.  In the event the student withdraws from the school, the unused tuition will be refunded for all quarters that have not yet started.

Withdrawal

If for any reason it is necessary to withdraw a student prior to the end of the school year before the transcripts and grades can be released, any remaining account balance, prorated through the month of withdrawal, must be paid. Transcript and cumulative file requests will be honored once all books have been returned and all debts have been covered.  Students withdrawing during May are liable for tuition to the end of the school year.
